Elizabeth's novel A FOUR-SIDED BED is being adapted as a Feature Film by producers David Ball (producer on feature films including 96 Minutes & Tag) and Amy Carpenter Scott/Creatrix Films (PitStop). Attached in lead role is actor/musician Evan Ross (The Hunger Games). Also attached as star and co-producer is actress/activist Rain Valdez (Lopez, Transparent).
Elizabeth screenplay has won prizes and recognition at over 20 festivals and competitions in 2019-2024, including the 2020 Academy Nicholl Fellowships. The script was featured in a Staged Reading at the 15th Annual ReelHeART International Film Festival in Toronto as well as in a staged reading at Zephyr Theater in LA starring Evan Ross and Gia Mantegna.
FOUR-SIDED, a short film based on Elizabeth's novel premiered in Cannes; it has earned a dozen 'laurels' and screened at 19 festivals in Boston, Paris, Chicago, Shanghai, Sydney, Barcelona and more.
